We hope you love your items, however, we understand that a return will happen occasionally.
Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise with hangtag attached.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
If the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, has no makeup stains, has no deodorant stains or scent, has no animal hair, has no smells of smoke, are not final sale, items fall within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return.
Items returned to us that are ineligible for a return as outlined above will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as shipping of new item back. $5 for first item and $4 for each additional item in the same return order.
Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that can be used on a Live or website purchase less shipping of the return item back.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days to process your return for store credit. (we are usually much quicker. but just in case…..)
Please keep your tracking number to track when your item arrives back to us. We will send you an email once your return has been processed with the account credit amount.
Please include your name and order number in your return package to ensure the possibility of processing.
